Hi,

I used to carry my Ubuntu Linux with me in a pendrive in case I need it. Ubuntu in pendrive is useful in a number of ways such as

1. Scan for viruses in a Windows PC
2. Access a Windows partition for backup
3. Rescue a PC

and many more

If you also need to boot Linux once a while. Learn from this video on how to create a portable Ubuntu
